PTWS: Racing Experience returns to the Prototype Winter Series

Luxembourg-based team Racing Experience has confirmed its return to Gedlich Racing’s Prototype Winter Series, competing with a Duqueine D08.

The family squad, operated by Christian, Karin and Gary Hauser along with Gary’s wife Lea Mauer, competed in the Portuguese leg of the 2024 Prototype Winter Series. Mauer was part of the driver line-up, in addition to her engineering roles within the team.

After success on racing circuits and hillclimbs across multiple decades, Racing Experience were early-adopters of the LMP3 concept, securing multiple race victories and championships since 2017. Most recently, Racing Experience swept the drivers’ and teams championships in the 2023 Prototype Cup Germany.

Currently, the Racing Experience team is running shootouts for prospective drivers in their LMP3 car as well as the simulator, with the winner forming part of their PTWS driver line-up.

Racing Experience will form part of a strong grid for the 2025 Prototype Winter Series, building upon a successful inaugural season in 2024. The season will begin at Estoril on January 16-19, with all races aired live on YouTube.
