Media Accreditation

Welcome to the Winter Series online media accreditation request form

Please read the media guidelines carefully before applying. Your application for media accreditation must be supported by the following (without the proofs requested below, your accreditation will not be considered):

» A credential letter from a recognised media outlet or team specifically for the event you are applying for. Professional insurance for photographers/videographers. Without this insurance, your media accreditation will be invalid and not accepted.

» The deadlines for applications are indicated below and are usually at the latest two weeks prior to the first day of the relevant event. Late requests will not be examined. This also applies to participating teams submitting their media crew.

» Filling out the form below does not guarantee the approval of your request. There is a maximum amount of available spots for every racing event.

» This application form is meant for one person only. Media Accreditations for agencies or groups have to be filled out separately (please always state the name of the agency or group).
