The name équipe vitesse may sounds untypical of a classic racing team, but that’s what we’re all about. Since our start in 2017 we’ve developed a unique structure that sets us apart from other teams: We are more than a team, we are a family. Jil is not only one of the youngest, but also one of the few female team bosses in motorsport.

Her dad Andreas started working and driving in motorsport in 1977 and later met his wife Delia there. She was the first ladies cup champion and has achieved many successes in several series up to F3. We are particularly proud of our high proportion of women. We have a cheerful and casual, yet professional atmosphere.
