Team Joos by Twin Busch will again be competing this winter in Portugal and Spain in the GT Winter Series and in the two new six-hour endurance races and is offering driver seats in the Porsche 911 GT3 R. Drivers will have the opportunity to race against challenging competition in the winter months and also prepare for the upcoming season in the summer months.
The family-run professional racing team was founded in 2007 by Hans Joos. Since then, his son Michael has also been working in the family business and has played a decisive role in expanding the motorsport activities. The team’s motorsport journey initially began in historic motorsport, where initial successes were achieved with drivers such as Patrick Simon and the Busch twins Marc and Dennis. Gradually, the team began to use more and more current Porsche racing cars and won the Porsche Sprint Challenge title in 2021 with Luka Wlömer.
The Swabian team has also been active in GT3 racing since 2020. After a few guest starts in the ADAC GT Masters, where the potential was already demonstrated, the racing team fully entered the traditional GT3 series the following year and has been one of the top addresses in the racing series ever since. In 2022, Christian Engelhart and Ayhancan Güven narrowly missed out on winning the title after two victories this season. Finn Gehrsitz and Sven Müller were also involved in the title fight right up to the season finale in 2023 – Michael Joos also won a race in the series together with Christian Engelhart as a guest entrant. The Joos Sportwagentechnik team proved that endurance racing also suits the team at the Dubai 24 Hours 2022, where the team’s Porsche 911 GT3 R finished third in the GT3-Am class.
Team Joos by Twin Busch offers the following for the 2025 GT Winter Series season:
Proton Huber Competition will enter the so far successful Porsche GT3 R (992) in the GTWS and the 6h Endurance Races.
The in 2016 founded Porsche Cup Team has done their step in the GT3 World in 2023 and after first experience in the ADAC GT Masters (victories), the 24h Dubai (2nd overall) and a full season in the Michelin Le Mans Cup in the bag the team is aiming for another successful winter season.
In addition to our Porsche GT3 R we also could run one of our Porsche GT3 Cup (992) for you. We are Porsche Cup specialist since 2016 and one of the most successful teams.
To extend your and our experience in the winter and prepare us as good as possible for the following summer season we looking for drivers for this journey.
We could offer our service for full season or single and selected event and of course the 6h races as a highlight.
The name équipe vitesse may sounds untypical of a classic racing team, but that’s what we’re all about. Since our start in 2017 we’ve developed a unique structure that sets us apart from other teams: We are more than a team, we are a family. Jil is not only one of the youngest, but also one of the few female team bosses in motorsport.
Her dad Andreas started working and driving in motorsport in 1977 and later met his wife Delia there. She was the first ladies cup champion and has achieved many successes in several series up to F3. We are particularly proud of our high proportion of women. We have a cheerful and casual, yet professional atmosphere.
So, you will be part of a family team that has decades of experience and know-how in motorsport.
We are your competent partner for the support and rental of racing cars. We offer you an all-round carefree package so you can fully concentrate on your racing experience.
“The passion for motorsport, the experience of more than 45 years and the team spirit lead us to success.”
